Quarterly Magazine
This quarterly e-magazine includes a regular series of columns and articles, desinged to help Astra members keep up to date on news and programs for women-owned businesses. Astra, a regional operating unit for WBENC, provides national certification, as well as periodic events where members can network with corporate buyers and build business partnerships. Capella is published quarterly, and delivered electronically via an e-mail announcement and a complete online version. |

Silicon Valley Business Journal Advertising Supplement
For this professional copy writing assignment, Kennedy Consulting Services produced ten articles for a special advertising supplement in the San Jose / Silicon Valley Business Journal. The project involved conducting interviews with the corporate leaders of a number of local biotech and medical device companies, extracting their views on the specific topics covered by the supplement, and crafting a series of articles designed to build awareness of a growing biotechnology center in the East Bay with the 12,000 readers of this respected print publication. |

Working with Nimbus Design, Kennedy managed a comprehensive marketing program in support of a new national brand rollout. The integrated marketing initiatives included advertising, billboards, data sheets, brochures, trade show booths, newsletters, and much more. The results of the campaign were a noticable improvement in brand recognition, better customer and employee acceptance of the new brand, and a new identity based on the company's mission and values. |

REMap - Trade Show
Kennedy Consulting Services created a brand and identity for REMap, a web start-up company focused on delivering future values for real estate in real time. The KCS team designed the logo, crafted a memorable tagline, and identified its market differentiators and selling points. The subscription pricing model was formulated to drive revenue, and the look-and-feel for the website and mapping application controls were established. An entire trade show kit was produced, including banners, brochures, registration forms, promotional items, and a contest to capture leads. |

Cirgon
Marketing & Advertising Strategy
Cirgon, a young company specializing in digital photography products and services, needed help establishing a brand and identity, and developing a plan to position itself as a leading provider of high quality photo frames. Kennedy Consulting Services developed a strategy that included a new tagline - Go Digital. And watch your photos come to life! - that brought clarity of purpose to an otherwise nondescript company name. The plan included a short term web marketing campaign using Google AdWords and image ads, as well as Yahoo Overture. The long-term strategy reccomendation included a targeted print ad campaign focused on key markets.

Kennedy Consulting Services created a marketing strategy geared to help a local coffee house to compete effectively against a huge chain coffeehouse network, and to grow and thrive in spite of it. Positioning strategies include bringing attention to the human element and the personal touch customers' expect from the owners, their staff, and their products. Pricing strategies are designed to increase profitability, while staying competitive. Co-marketing opportunities with local business partners lead to increased business for both. |

PATCA Repositioning and Growth Strategy
PATCA, a 30-year old association of professional consultants, hired Kennedy Consulting Services to help
take the group to an entirely new level. The project started with a redesign of its brand and logo, and
creation of a new identity that broadened its appeal across all consulting sectors. The website sports
a new look and modern navigation, and an public relations campaign is bringing attention to PATCA from
all across the U.S. The results – members are increasing and project referrals are up 425%.
